Who Am I
CareBridge was founded because of a pattern that is impossible to ignore once you have seen it: patients who are clearly unwell, clearly prepared, and clearly articulate — being dismissed anyway. Not because their symptoms aren't real. Because they don't have the right document in the right format at the right moment.
I hold a medical degree and work professionally as a clinical writer and medical records specialist in Perth. I am not registered with AHPRA as a GP and do not practise medicine in Australia.
What I bring to CareBridge is the ability to read the published evidence the way a clinician does, structure a health history the way a medical record should be structured, and ask the questions a busy GP needs answered — so you don't have to figure that out alone in a 15-minute appointment.
What I Help You With
I help patients organise their medical history, explore evidence-based possibilities, understand diagnostic tests, and prepare thoughtful questions for consultations.
Compile and structure your medical history, test results, and symptoms into a clear, comprehensive overview.
Transform chaos into clarity — a timeline that makes sense to any specialist.
Access research-backed information about potential conditions and diagnostic approaches relevant to your situation.
Navigate the noise — high-quality, clinically relevant literature for your case.
Learn about guideline-supported diagnostic tests and treatment approaches to discuss with your GP.
Speak their language — informed conversations, every appointment.
How It Works
A structured process to understand your situation and provide evidence-based support.
A short introductory call to understand your situation. We discuss your main symptoms, how your condition is affecting you, and whether CareBridge is the right support for your needs.
A longer video consultation to understand your medical journey — your experiences with previous doctors, what worked and what didn't, and what your ideal healthcare support would look like.
We review your case in detail, discuss which services are most appropriate, and explain the timeline. If you decide to proceed, we sign a service agreement and begin the research and documentation process. Your report is then delivered by email.
Ongoing Support
After your GP appointment, I offer a complimentary follow-up check-in to reflect on how the consultation went — whether you felt heard, whether your questions were addressed, and whether you feel clearer about next steps.
If needed, we can update your summary or prepare for future discussions. This is part of my commitment to ensuring you feel supported throughout the process.
This remains an educational and reflection-based conversation only — all medical decisions continue to rest with your treating doctor.
Every case review includes a post-appointment check-in. No extra charge, no time pressure.
Revise your summary or prepare materials for future specialist referrals.
Health journeys rarely end with one appointment. We're here for the whole path.
