Important — Please Read Before Booking

CareBridge is a health education and navigation service. The Health Navigator at CareBridge holds an international medical degree but is not registered as a medical practitioner in Australia with the Medical Board of Australia or AHPRA. This means CareBridge is not a medical service and does not replace your GP, specialist, or any other registered health practitioner.

What We Do

CareBridge helps you prepare for your appointments.

Navigating the healthcare system — especially when you have complex, multiple, or long-undiagnosed symptoms — is exhausting. GP appointments are short. It's easy to leave without getting your questions answered.

CareBridge exists to change that. We help you walk into your appointment prepared, organised, and confident.

  • Organise your health history into a clear, structured document your GP can actually use
  • Help you identify and prioritise the questions that matter most
  • Research relevant published peer-reviewed literature at your request
  • Show how published diagnostic criteria relate to your reported symptoms
  • Prepare a one-page GP consultation brief you can hand over at the start of your appointment
  • Create a structured evidence summary for complex or multi-condition presentations
  • Support you to be heard, understood, and taken seriously

What We Don't Do

We are not a medical service.

We want to be completely honest with you about the boundaries of this service. CareBridge does not and cannot do any of the following:

  • Diagnose any condition or provide a differential diagnosis
  • Perform a clinical or physical assessment of any kind
  • Recommend, prescribe, or change any medication or treatment
  • Provide a medical referral, specialist report, or medical certificate
  • Provide a second medical opinion from a registered practitioner
  • Replace your GP, specialist, or any other registered health practitioner
  • Advise you to stop, start, or delay any medical care
  • Guarantee that your GP will read, accept, or act on any document prepared

Why we're telling you this.

We know this might feel like a lot of limitations. But being clear about what we are — and what we aren't — is how we protect you. Everything CareBridge does is designed to support your relationship with your registered practitioners, not replace it.

Side by Side

A simple way to think about it:

✓ CareBridge IS
  • A health education and navigation service
  • A way to prepare, organise, and advocate for yourself
  • A resource for GP and specialist appointments
  • Evidence-based, using peer-reviewed literature
  • Supportive of your existing healthcare relationships
✕ CareBridge is NOT
  • A medical practice or diagnostic service
  • A clinical advisory or treatment service
  • A substitute for registered Australian health practitioners
  • An AHPRA-registered provider
  • An emergency or crisis service

About Your Health Navigator

Our qualifications and registration status.

The Health Navigator at CareBridge holds a medical degree from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, Argentina, and is completing an MBA in Healthcare Management. They also hold clinical research and medical writing experience in Australia.

However, they are not currently registered as a medical practitioner in Australia with the Medical Board of Australia or AHPRA. They do not use the protected titles "Dr." or "Medical Practitioner" in connection with this service.

Their medical background means they understand how to navigate the health system, identify relevant published research, and structure clinical information clearly — but they are acting as a health educator and navigator, not as a clinician.

Transparency Commitment.

We disclose the Health Navigator's qualifications because we believe you deserve to know who is helping you. We disclose their non-registration status because the law requires it — and because you deserve honesty, not ambiguity.

Why CareBridge Exists

We built CareBridge because we have seen firsthand what happens when patients — especially those with complex, invisible, or long-undiagnosed conditions — walk into a GP appointment unprepared and leave without answers.

We are not here to replace your doctor. We are here to help you get the most out of every minute you have with them.
